This is a shot of our average Kelowna sunrise this summer. The sunsets are sometimes even more spectacular. However, as nice as they are we need some rain, fast. There are now over 700 wildfires in BC and this is growing everyday. Thousands are out of their homes and wondering if they will in fact have one to go back to. Firefighters are being brought in from other provinces and the US to give our people a bit of a break. We don’t have enough pilots here right now to fly the choppers and planes all day as is needed. Anything you can do to help will be appreciated. We need rain.
