And it’s not the wind tonight…it’s that the Canucks are back in town and won a impressive game 4-1. They were very disciplined tonight and they played like the team they are.  See you in Vancouver Chicago.

The Vancouver Canucks lost their composure Friday night and now they are just one loss away from losing their season. The Chicago Blackhawks made the Canucks pay for a series of undisciplined penalties, scoring four power-play goals en route to an easy 7-4 win at General Motors Place that gave them a 3-1 stranglehold on the best-of-seven Western Conference semi-final series.

While I believe the two penalties called against D. Sedin, which allowed the Hawks to get two more goals, were not really penalties, the Canucks just can’t seem to find their way to be the team they really are. Luongo sucks this series, way too many penalties and a lack of discipline overall is going to put the Canucks out once again.

I don’t believe they can come back from being down 3-1. However, if they can find their game, who knows. They have done it before.

Tonight should prove to be one of the best games of the year. I predict the Hawks to be down a game in the series after tonight. What is the score going to be…I say, “4-3 for the Canucks.” Sorry Chicago.

An excellent way to come back to Chicago this year in the playoff with a big win. Vancouver controlled the game from start to finish. If the Canucks can play as the team they really are through this series, Chicago doesn’t stand a chance…in the Okanagan and in British Columbia we are all Canucks. Keep your stick on the ice!
