If Vancouver plays as they have been the last 2 games the Hawks may be in trouble. Torres is back tonight and the Canucks once again have a faceoff man on the third line. Loooouuuu! will be loud in Chicago and the sound won’t be the wind.

The Vancouver Canucks (lead series 2-0) will try and push the defending Stanley Cup champion Chicago Blackhawks to the brink of elimination tonight with a win in Game Three as the series shifts to the Windy City for the first of two straight games at the Madhouse on Madison.  The Canucks now have a chance to take a stranglehold on the series with a win at the United Center tonight – a building they had a fair bit of success in during last year’s playoff series winning two of the three games played there.  On the other hand, the Blackhawks are looking to avoid going down 0-3 in a best-of-seven series for the first time since the 1995 Western Conference Final against Detroit.  Raffi Torres, who is coming off his four-game suspension, is expected to take the roster spot of Aaron Rome. The return of Mikael Samuelsson will likely be a game-time decision.
