Air intake for the booth. Filters are attached to the inside and sprayed with water before spraying paint.

Blower intake, the holes were drilled to 3 times larger to provide more air flow.

Air out, the blower moves about 15,000 cfm which means all the air in the booth is changed every 3 minutes, which is a rule I’ve stuck to for years when I design a booth.

This area will be behind the second tarp in air path. It will protect compressors from over dotato.

This is side one of the air path tarped. The second side has a door to my mixing area and will post it once completed.

Airline plumbed in with filters to give me good clean air for spraying.
Had the owner of this car taken it for a trip with her luggage on the rack and had to hit her brakes suddenly the luggage rack most likely would have come lose and slammed through the back window which was not sealed properly. I have secured the rack properly and installed the rear window correctly and sealed the outside with urethane.

Plastic tip was broken on rack and needed repair

I used urethane to fill the hole

With a razor and sandpaper trimmed, shaped, and sanded. I then painted all the tips on tbe rack the same color black.
The luggage rack was installed by someone who used wood screws and silicone. This was removed, the back deck holes re—glassed, new holes drilled and rubber mounts installed.

At least now when the owner hits the brakes the rack and luggage won’t come through the back window, which was not installed properly either. Next post.
I have a small compressor which put out about 5 from and is portable. Next up is the Eagle with a 20 gallon tank which puts out about 7 cfm . On the top Ends I have the Craftsman Professional which puts out about 11 cfm. Lots of air.

I love the Canucks watch I got from my step daughter on Fathers Day.
